They did my home gym and the design was incredible! Makes it a lot more fun to come home and work out in luxury!

Our company provides every aspect of Health and Fitness. We provide Home Gyms, Government/Local/Corporate Contracts, Personal Training, Group Classes, Bootcamps, Nutritional Advice, Healthy Life Coaching, Fitness Promotion and Clothing and Community Service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in High School and Collegiate Sports. I gained an enormous amount of weight and realized the risks if I didn’t GET-N-SHAPE! And, since I’ve Lost over 100lbs I am committed to helping others stay healthy and live long lives!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in the following: Weight Loss, Sports Performance, Golf Fitness and Nutrtion.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location and we enjoy being local.
