How long have you been in business?
I started in January 1994
What is your primary product or service?
Hands-on help with De-Cluttering and Organizing home and home office. I also remove the trash and donate, as much as will fit in my large car.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in Real Estate. I found that I didn't like the non completion and slowness of progress and satisfaction of a job well done in Real Estate. I thought, "I can help people get their houses ready for the market". But as it turned out, I ended up helping the Real Estate agents themselves with their homes and home offices. I like going in and making an immediate difference in someone's life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Since I don't work with other organizers, I can only go by what is told to me by clients who have. I have heard that I am friendly, nonjudgemental, I get in there and work beside them and actually make the job fun! I have been told there are organizers who do not do any of the work but only oversee the person.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I go to people's homes so I have many locations, lol.

What are your hours of operation?
Mostly Tuesdays through Fridays. I offer either 10-1 or 2-5. I find most people "burn out" after 3 hours. I am willing to go longer if they want to. And occasionally if someone can only work on weekends I will do a Saturday or Sunday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Here are a few: Wow, I just regained 300 square feet of my home in a few hours! I feel like I have know you all my life! You actually made this fun!
