Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization founded in 1997. We currently work with more than 250 elementary and middle school girls at 10 schools in the area. Our programs are designed to develop and nurture exceptional students, positive leaders and healthy young by developing academic self-esteem, leadership, and understanding of issues that impact women and girls. Participants are recommended for programs by their school counselors and teachers. Volunteers are welcome as mentors, tutors and interns. Contributions of program materials and tax-deductible donations are greatly appreciated.
